How it works
After you sign up, we schedule a personal consultation with you to discuss your training goals. Based on your state of health and physical ability, our coach will design a structured and personalized exercise training plan for you. The training plan includes the type and intensity of the exercises, duration, frequency, progression, and execution methods.

Meet coach Riccardo Proietti
Your coach will get you set up on our training platform and you can start training at the Kubios Endurance Lab. He will walk you through our performance test to make sure you get off on the right level.

Riccardo Proietti, PhD
Head of the Kubios Endurance Lab
Dr. Riccardo Proietti is an Applied Sport Scientist and Strength and Conditioning specialist. He completed his Ph.D at the Schmelz Department of Sport Science Vienna University.With more than 20 years international experience with professional football players (clubs and national teams) and endurance athletes at the Aspetar Sport Medical Centre is now leading the Kubios Endurance Lab.

Markus Antonius Rogan
A retired professional swimmer
Markus Antonius Rogan is a Sport Psychologist (born on May 4, 1982, in Vienna) is a former Austrian swimmer, who is best known for his impressive performances at the Olympic Games and World Championships. He won two silver medals at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and a gold medal for 200 m backstroke at the 2008 World Short Course Championships in Manchester. Also, he was the world’s record holder in 200 metres backstroke (short course) within that year.

Andreas “Andi” Herzog
Professional football coach and Sky Sport expert
Andread Herzog is an Austrian former footballer and manager who most recently managed the Israel national team and South Korea (Assistant Coach). As a player, he was an attacking midfielder, best known for his time with Werder Bremen. He represented Austria in 103 international matches between 1988 and 2003, scoring 26 goals. He also played in the 1990 and 1998 FIFA World Cups, representing his country on both occasions.

Alessandro Innocenti is an applied Sports scientist and Strength conditioning Coach. He has worked for the Italian football national team and for many Serie A clubs like Napoli, Udinese, Sampdoria, Udinese etc.

Prof. Marco Cardinale
Executive Director of Research and Scientific Support, Aspetar, Qatar
Prof. Marco Cardinale is a Sports Scientist with extensive experience in various field. He was the Head of Sports Physiology and Research of Aspire Academy in Doha (Qatar) from 2013 until recently. Before moving to Qatar, he led the Sports Science activities for the preparation of Team GB (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) at the Beijing 2008, Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic Games.
