ABOUT US

We are a team of experts in sport science, medical signal analysis, and physiological modeling.

The Endurance Lab is lead by Riccardo Proietti, PhD, a sport physiologist and strength/conditioning coach with 20 years track record in sport science, working in professional football and with elite endurance athletes.

How it works

After you sign up, we schedule a personal consultation with you to discuss your training goals. Based on your state of health and physical ability, our coach will design a structured and personalized exercise training plan for you. The training plan includes the type and intensity of the exercises, duration, frequency, progression, and execution methods.

Your coach will get you set up on our training platform and you can start training at the Kubios Endurance Lab. He will walk you through our performance test to make sure you get off on the right level.

Start training
Your coach will build and deliver monthly your personal training program to you. Don’t worry about that busy schedule, adjustments and co-designed workouts/plans prescription will be part of the process.
