We are pleased to announce the release of Kubios HRV Scientific version 4.2.0. This update introduces several new features and usability improvements aimed at supporting high-quality HRV research and analysis.

Highlights of version 4.2.0 include:

• A new Export HRV Figures option that enables high-resolution figure export for use in scientific publications
• Support for FIT file performance data in the Training Report (e.g., speed, power, distance, altitude)
• The ability to import pre-defined event markers from a CSV template
• Enhanced ECG signal processing, including improved QRS detection and filtering
• Improved support for head-up tilt test analysis with better 30:15 ratio calculation
• Minor bug fixes and accessibility updates for a smoother user experience

We recommend all users update to version 4.2.0 to benefit from the latest improvements.

NOTE: HRV Scientific 4.2.0 is now available for Windows and Apple Silicon Macs. The installer for Intel-based Macs will be available shortly.
